Premould
Premould manufactures tool and plastic parts in varying series. They stock a great many tools and so, good order, rational handling and clean and protected storage is important. The vertical storage lift stores approx. 500 tools. The vertical storage lift has 100% pull-out for the load trays, so the tools can be handled easily with an overhead crane.
By placing a Compact Lift in a “tower” outside the premises, Premould in Huskvarna has increased the storage capacity in a smart way and freed up space on the premises. Moreover, they have installed a frame in the tower for a further vertical storage lift in the future. This will considerably ease the assembly when a further lift is to be installed. The service opening in the wall is ready-to-use and temporarily closed off, to ensure minimal disruption during future installation.
